The Zildjian Reflexx Conditioning Pad now adds a splash of color to your training regimen. The two-sided Reflexx pad is designed to work several different techniques. When turned Flexx side up, you get some resistance, but also nice rebound. This ¾" surface strengthens the arm, wrist and fingers for mastering all types of techniques and impact velocities. Flip to the Workk side, and work is what you’re going to do. The 1/2" surface offers significant absorption and firmness with low rebound—an excellent surface for exposing any limitations in your technique. In addition, Workk offers a terrific aerobics workout for your upper and lower arm, as well as for extending the range of your wrist motion.
