Free Shipping

Thousands of items qualify for free ground shipping.
No minimum purchase when you ship to one of our stores. Excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

$25 minimum purchase when you ship anywhere within the contiguous United States.

While we'd love to ship everything free, there are some exclusions. Free shipping does not apply to special orders, oversized/overweight products, in-store used, vintage and clearance products. Separate handling fees may apply to items that qualify for free shipping.

Free In-Store Returns

Items purchased online can be returned to any Guitar Center store. Just bring a copy of your order confirmation email or the packing slip you received with your order. Credit will be issued immediately.
