I’m the sound guy’s sound guy. I’m an audio engineer trained in mixing and recording arts, and am a member of AES (Audio Engineer Society). My genre of expertise is classic rock, and I’ve worked with countless musicians—including Big Daddy Weave, Migos and Aaron Lewis of the band Staind—helping them get the gear they need to keep making the music we know and love. I’m not a traditional musician, but I understand the various uses and benefits of a broad range of gear. I’m solution-oriented and always keep my clients as the focal point of my service. When I’m not slinging gear, I’m either streaming, editing video or teaching businesses, studios and houses of worship how to maximize their sound and audio potential.

The first studio track I felt proud of mixing was the legendary Doobie Brothers song, “Long Train Runnin.” The original was long before my time, however—given my network—I was able to pull a few strings for the original multi-track record.

I started writing poetry at a young age, and that grew into rapping. I wanted to understand each aspect of the music I was creating, so I dove into engineering and producing around 7th grade. I love helping other passionate creatives get the gear they need to elevate their sound and spirit while on their creative journey, and work to provide a smooth, relatable and efficient sales experience with each client. I have performed at several venues in KCMO, Chicago and L.A., and have opened for artists like Tech N9ne, Stevie Stone, Devin The Dude and more.

My favorite artists are Kendrick Lamar & SZA.

Howdy! I’ve been playing and recording music for some time now, beginning with the violin in elementary school to studying audio engineering in my early 20s, and currently playing bass in my band, Tidal.wav. I’m from Kansas City, MO, and have run sound for local groups and studio recording sessions for incredible bands and artists. I love producing, writing and recording music at my home studio, as well as collaborating and playing live with my friends and other bands in the Kansas City scene. As part of Tidal.wav, I’ve performed around the Kansas City Metro area, in venues like the Record Bar, J. Rieger Distillery, the Rino and more. My favorite genres include indie rock, psychedelic rock, cumbia and reggae.

I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember and played piano as a kid, but it wasn’t until I taught myself to play the ukulele that my passion for music truly ignited, opening the door to a new world of creativity and inspiring me to explore more folk instruments. Along the way, I’ve gained a solid understanding of all kinds of instruments, from strings to keys to live sound setups. I love helping musicians and music lovers find the right gear to bring their sound to life, whether they’re just starting out or taking their craft to the next level. My goal is to make the process easy, fun and tailored to your needs— because the right gear should inspire, not overwhelm!

I started on a Luna ukulele and still love playing it today. My dream is to learn all folk instruments—one by one.

I’ve played guitar and sung vocals in bands from a young age, later transitioning into the world of pro audio, music production and building sound systems. For the past 10+ years, I’ve toured the Midwest for events and festivals, including Dancefestopia, Kosmic Kingdom and 515 Alive, and have shared the stage with artists such as Of The Trees, CloZee, The Widdler, Peekaboo and more. I’ve also run multiple local collectives hosting events to help build community and support local artists, venues and sound crews.

My personal goal this year is to become a certified Ableton Live instructor, as well as to handbuild a Paraflex Sound system from the ground up.
