What is the Guitar Center Pro Coverage?
Guitar Center's Pro Coverage eliminates all the hassles you might encounter when you’re gigging, including 100% coverage for commercial use. Benefits include accidental damage protection with expedited repair and free shipping on returns and repairs (for unexpected drops/spills), extended price guarantee and return privileges, and a No Lemon Guarantee. It also extends the coverage and repair cost coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. Repairs can be authorized 24/7 online or toll-free by phone, and Pro Coverage can be transferred to a new owner should you sell your instrument. View the full terms and conditions here.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, with no signs of wear or use such as scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging, paperwork and accessories or it may be subject to a return handling charge. Your refund will be promptly processed upon completing evaluation of your item. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping/handling charges. What are your shipping policies?
We offer free shipping on thousands of items. Free shipping is available in the contiguous United States only, and does not apply to special orders, oversized/overweight products or in-store used and clearance products. Separate handling fees may apply to items that qualify for free shipping. For expediency, your order may arrive in multiple boxes over multiple days, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via air, and orders shipping to U.S. military APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes and U.S. territories are shipped by USPS (6-10 business days). International APO/FPO destinations may require additional delivery time. NOTE: Boxes over 70 lb. cannot be shipped to these locations, and we can’t ship MESA/Boogie or Yamaha products to Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands.
We also offer Next Day and 2-Day shipping, and the rates are determined by weight and zone. For shipping estimates, add product(s) to the shopping cart, enter your zip code and click estimate. All delivery times listed are measured in business days. When available, we offer Saturday delivery for a $30 fee, in addition to the overnight or 2-Day rate calculated by the order weight. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed over the phone by 12 p.m. ET on the preceding Friday.
What is the Guitar Center Guaranteed Lowest Price?
If at any time within 45 days of your purchase from us, you find the identical item advertised and in stock by any authorized U.S. dealer at a price lower than what you paid at Guitar Center, we'll gladly refund you 100% of the difference.
