Schecter Guitar Research Sun Valley Super Shredder Exotic HT Electric Guitar Ziricote

Description
The Sun Valley Sunset Strip Exotic HT electric guitar from Schecter delivers a potent blend of speed, style and sonic flexibility. Featuring a ziricote body and stainless steel hardware for corrosion-resistant good looks, this electric guitar is built to withstand the demands of high-velocity shredding. Its wenge neck has been shaped to an ultrathin profile and the neck joint is specially contoured, allowing easy access to the upper frets of the ebony fingerboard. Outfitted with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets and a 25.5" scale length, the Sun Valley Sunset Strip Exotic HT offers an ideal balance of string tension and fret spacing for fast, articulate runs and wide interval leaps.
Sunset Strip Bridge Humbucker Provides Aggressive, Balanced Punch
The Schecter Sunset Strip bridge humbucker produces a modern tone with an aggressive punch when overdriven, but also features clear, mellow highs and mids when playing clean. Perfect for shredding, this high-output pickup delivers tight, focused lows and upper mids that cut through a mix.
Pasadena Classic Neck Humbucker Conjures Rich "PAF" Tones
In the neck position, the Pasadena Classic humbucker produces warm, rich tones reminiscent of vintage "Patent Applied For" pickups. With balanced, open mids and smooth highs, this pickup is ideal for crafting emotive leads and lush, jazzy chords.
Simplified Controls and Reliable Hardware Provide Solid Foundation
Volume and tone knobs offer simple, intuitive control over your tone, while a 5-way pickup selector provides a full range of tonal options. Hipshot locking tuners and a tune-o-matic bridge stabilize tuning and intonation.

This guitar is so versatile it surprised me. I can get stratocaster tone when I want it (which isn't all that often) and chuggy metal tones from the bridge pickup when I want it (which is quite often). This SVSS Exotic has exceeded my expectations.

Excellent quality piece. The pickups exceeded my expectations by delivering strat tones from the neck pickup when you want it and chuggy deliciousness from the bridge when you want. Very versatile. Beautiful to look at. Perfect feet work.

I'll spare you the typical "it's the best guitar ever!" review. There's a lot here for the money. Locking tuners, Graph Tech nut, stainless steel frets, USA pickups, and a Hipshot bridge. This guitar has seamless fit and finish. It's a joy to play and sounds great. Money well spent.
