The Max 126 bass amp is a 10W 1x6.5" combo practice amp loaded with features, such as a 1/4" input, Volume with Transtube distortion boost and psyco-acoustic low-end enhancement. The Max 126 also features a 3 band EQ, chromatic tuner and 1/8" jacks for phones output and aux input. The Max 126 also includes patented Peavey DDT speaker protection.

    Its good for beginners who want a reliable cheap amp. And it has its limits in teams of volume. All around good amp

    I bought this because I needed a home bass amp. Depending on how you use it or what genre your playing its great. However it dose have its limits in terms of volume. Its also simple enough to use.

    I bought this amplifier a year or two ago and it's SO not the same as seen in the picture. It's too small sized and you can't turn it up too loud or you'll damage the speaker and it'll sound distorted when you're not trying to distort it. Me Personally my favorite bass amplifier brand is the fender rumble amps.
