Great guitar for my daughter

My 7 year old daughter loves this guitar and has been taking lessons for a year. Her old guitar used to go out of tune during lessons. This one so far has been great.

Maybe 3.5 Stars

I purchased the Luna Aurora Borealis for my grand daughter to learn guitar. She likes the blue sparkle and it is the right size for her small 8 year old hands. I play folk, rock and blues about two hours a day. I found this guitar very hard to play. The strings were incredibly high, stiff as barbed wire and the intonation was not close. I was able to lower the action, installed lighter gauge strings and adjust the intonation to a passable level. My grand daughter is excited about the guitar, loves the way it looks and if she will stick with it after the changes, I will judge this little starter guitar to have served its purpose.

My guitar arrived in better than expected condition, even though she is used. Not brand new but barely any evidence of use. I am a green player, this is my first guitar. Although I know nothing yet, a few strums of the strings and I feel I have a beautiful solid beginner piece. XOXO

The birthday request was for a glittery sparkly 3/4 acoustic guitar. Selected this Luna one after researching.

Pretty nice little guitar for the price. Only thing I didn't like were the guitar strings. So I will be replacing those. My daughter absolutely loves it.

I bought this guitar for my 5 year old and I have been playing for awhile and she wanted to learn. I chose the 3/4 size because obviously she is 5 and I really thought that she could grow into this and it would be fun. That however is not the case. Now shame on me for not taking her and letting her pick I understand that but she saw the blue sparkles and is daddy's little girl so I caved. This guitar is oddly heavy and seems bigger than a 3/4. The sound isn't what I thought it would be and needs constant tuning. Not a little tuning a lot of tuning. Bottom line is if you're looking for a starter guitar I would highly suggest avoiding this at all cost. It seems like you pay for the paint job rather than a nice easy guitar for a child. Go with the Yamaha Jr or something along those lines.

I LOVE this guitar. I'm a small handed adult and this is the perfect size! It has a tinny kind of sound, gorgeous moon design, and a fabulous glitter finish. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is a few imperfections in the finish, which may just come with this type of glitter

Great starter pink guitar for our granddaughter. Do recommend a professional set up as we do on any purchased guitar.

Does this have nylon or steel strings? And what is the length? I'm looking for a guitar for my six and a half year old.

Thanks!!
