Multi-Watt Power for Custom Headroom

The Mark V: 35 features MESA's Multi-Watt technology, offering 35, 25 and 10W power modes for tailored headroom and tonal response. At 35W, the amp delivers robust clarity and punch, while the 25W setting adds a touch of compression for classic tube warmth. The 10W mode employs Class AB triode wiring, providing looser dynamics and a more saturated feel that's ideal for studio recording. Each setting interacts seamlessly with the amp's multiple channels and modes, ensuring that your sound remains articulate and responsive at all times. This power versatility allows players to fine-tune their tone for any application, from intimate gigs to high-volume performances.

Multiple Channel Options for Expansive Tone

This innovative combo amp offers two independent channels with six selectable modes, delivering a wide tonal palette. The amp's first channel spans pristine cleans, edge-of-breakup tones and classic rock crunch, while the second channel features the iconic Mark IIC+ and Mark IV voices alongside the aggressive Xtreme mode. The Mark V: 35's MID/BOOST feature further enhances the first channel, offering overdrive capabilities that range from subtle grit to searing lead tones. Whether you're dialing in shimmering cleans or high-gain textures, the Mark V: 35's channels provide unmatched tonal depth and flexibility, making it a formidable tool for any guitarist seeking both precision and power.

CabClone DI Technology for Advanced Tone Shaping

Designed with genre-hopping modern players in mind, the Mark V: 35 includes MESA's advanced CabClone DI technology, offering three selectable voicings—vintage, closed back and open back—for direct-in recording or stage use. The CabClone eliminates the need for a microphone, providing consistent tone and volume control through its XLR output. It's perfect for quiet recording sessions or venues requiring low stage volume, while the onboard headphone output ensures you can practice without disturbing others. This intelligent feature simplifies your setup without compromising the amp's tonal integrity, making it an invaluable tool for both live and studio environments.

Built for Ultra-Reliable Performance

The Mark V: 35's construction prioritizes long-term durability and consistent performance. Its all-tube design is housed in a compact yet rugged cabinet, featuring a single 12" speaker optimized for full-range response. The long-spring reverb tank adds lush, ambient depth to your sound, while the upgraded footswitch ensures seamless control over channels, modes and Solo boosts. Thoughtful touches like oversized strap handles and high-quality knobs highlight MESA's commitment to premium craftsmanship. Built to withstand the demands of touring and frequent use, this combo amp is a reliable companion for professionals and hobbyists alike.

Eye-Catching Limited-Edition Design

Beyond its impressive tone and versatile performance, the limited-edition Mark V: 35 stands out with a striking visual aesthetic. Wrapped in Black Comet Tolex with a Sahara Wedgewood grille, this amp commands attention on any stage. The bold contrast between the dark, sleek Tolex and the gorgeous stone-toned grille cloth gives it a retro-modern vibe that's as unique as the sounds it produces. This exclusive design isn't just about looks—it's a statement piece that embodies the innovation and craftsmanship MESA/Boogie is known for. The MESA/Boogie Mark V:35 does not deliver its full tube amp tone through the headphone output in the same way it does through its speaker. Here's why: The MESA/Boogie Mark V:35 does not deliver its full tube amp tone through the headphone output in the same way it does through its speaker. Here's why: Key Points: The headphone output is cab-simulated, meaning it uses a solid-state circuit with cabinet emulation to approximate the sound of the amp through a speaker. It does not pass the full signal chain through a power tube load, so you won’t get the same organic tube power section interaction as you do when playing through the speaker. However, preamp tube tone and dynamics are still very present — so it still sounds great and very "MESA-like," just a bit more polished and controlled. Yes, you still get the MESA tube character, especially the preamp tone. No, it’s not the exact same sound as the amp pushing a real speaker cabinet at volume — it’s more studio-like and processed, but still quite usable and high quality.
