This Meinl Deep Shell Tar Drum has an internal tuning system, as well as a traditional thumb hole grip for comfortable playing in the traditional style. Meinl's True Feel synthetic head on the tar drum has a great sound that is consistent under variable conditions, making True Feel an ideal choice for recording projects, or for outdoor play. The deep rubberwood shells offer excellent sound development and come in a stunning burl finish.
