The Gretsch G5230T Electromatic Sparkle Jet FT Single-Cut with Bigsby electric guitar offers the iconic Gretsch sound, style, and playability at an accessible price. Since 1953, the Gretsch Jet has defined the sound of legendary players, known for its powerful and articulate tone. The G5230T captures that signature Jet power with its chambered mahogany body, maple top, and Filter'Tron pickups, delivering a dynamic and versatile tone that cuts through any mix. This model, available in a striking Silver Sparkle finish, comes equipped with a Bigsby B50 vibrato tailpiece for classic Gretsch playability and performance.

Filter'Tron Pickups for Signature Gretsch Tone

The G5230T is outfitted with a pair of Black Top Filter'Tron pickups that provide the distinctive Gretsch sound—clear, punchy, and full of twang. These pickups deliver a dynamic range that is perfect for everything from rock and rockabilly to country and blues. The 3-way toggle switch allows you to select between bridge, neck, or both pickups, giving you access to a broad tonal palette, while the individual volume controls and master tone offer precise control over your sound.

Chambered Mahogany Body for Enhanced Resonance

The Electromatic Sparkle Jet features a chambered mahogany body with an arched maple top, providing a balanced tone with enhanced acoustic resonance. The chambered design reduces weight while adding depth and warmth to the guitar's sound. Whether you're playing clean or cranked, this guitar offers rich, dynamic tones with a strong sonic profile.

Bigsby B50 Vibrato for Classic Tremolo Effects

The G5230T is equipped with a Bigsby B50 vibrato tailpiece, allowing for smooth tremolo effects and pitch variations. Paired with the Adjusto-Matic bridge, this setup ensures excellent tuning stability and sustain, even when performing aggressive vibrato techniques. Whether you're adding subtle vibrato or full-on tremolo dives, the Bigsby provides the perfect touch of classic Gretsch character.

Stunning Sparkle Finish with Vintage Appeal

Visually, the G5230T stands out with its Silver Sparkle finish and vintage-inspired design. The 12" radius laurel fingerboard with Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays adds to the guitar's vintage appeal, while the pearloid position markers provide a touch of elegance. The combination of chrome hardware, a silver plexi pickguard, and G-Arrow control knobs completes the guitar's timeless aesthetic.
