Fender Vintera II Series

Description
The Vintera II '60s Telecaster features an alder body and a maple neck with rosewood fingerboard for classic Fender tone that’s full of punch and clarity. The early-'60s C-shape neck is based on a classic '60s profile for an intuitive and inviting feel, while the 7.25" radius fingerboard with vintage-tall frets provides vintage comfort with ample room for big bends and expressive vibrato. Under the hood, you'll find a pair of vintage-style '60s pickups that deliver all the crystal-clear chime and raw, steely twang that made Fender famous. The vintage-style 3-saddle bridge with slotted steel saddles offers authentic ‘60s twang, while vintage-style tuning machines provide classic looks with a finer gear ratio and enhanced tuning stability to complete the package.

Great first-time telecaster. There were some manufacturing issues that the local store addressed. It was apparently a floor-model at another store, because there were imperfections on the neck from hanging. Neck was as dry as firewood, so it needed 3 layers of oil. Great guitar, but the condition was not factory-issue.
This 60's Ventura II Telecaster is great!

I love the rosewood C neck and the 60's pick-ups sound great. Definitely satisfied!

Can't say enough good things about Fender's QA and attention to detail on the Tele I received. Everything from the fret work, rolled fingerboard edges, factory setup, and vintage appointments were all flawless. I love it just as much as my '05 classic series Strat (which I genuinely prefer to my Am Pro II). This is a huge step up from the player series for anyone thinking of taking the leap. You are absolutely getting your money's worth and will not be disappointed. And obviously I have to mention the rosewood…oh the lovely rosewood. Knocked it out of the park, Fender!
