GuitarCenter.com accepts purchase orders from public and private corporations, as well as governmental institutions (such as schools, military, cities, etc.).

 Please be certain that your purchase order includes all the following information:

  • Bill-To Address
  • Ship-To Address
  • Quantity, Item Number(s) and Description(s)
  • Item price(s)
  • Order Total
  • Contact Name and Telephone Number
  • Email Address
  • Authorized Signature
  • Please fax our quote letter, if one was provided, together with your PO

Fax your purchase order request to 866-543-0748. Upon verification, your purchasing agent will be given complete instructions for providing tax status and other information via an official document from GuitarCenter.com.
