Washburn Bella Tono Allure SC56S Studio Acoustic-Electric Guitar Gloss Natural

Description
The Bella Tono Allure SC56S acoustic-electric guitar was crafted with comfort and premium sound in mind. Washburn designed their signature Comfort Arm Rest to provide hours of playing ease for guitarists of all shapes and sizes. The satin-finished mahogany neck and ebony fretboard also provide a smooth, fast feel under the fingers.
Comfort Arm Rest Offers Ultimate Playing Ease
Washburn's innovative Comfort Arm Rest provides a beveled edge along the lower bout that feels natural against a guitarist's forearm. Once players experience this comfort, they'll never want to go back to a standard guitar edge. The Comfort Arm Rest makes playing the SC56S a joy rather than a chore during long practice or performance sessions.
Premium Components Deliver Rich, Nuanced Tone
The solid spruce top, acacia back and sides and ebony bridge and fretboard provide a tone that blossoms over time. These high-quality components capture the nuances and overtones that give the SC56S a full, resonant voice. The studio body shape delivers the robust lows and focused mids of a larger guitar in a more compact size.
Built-In Electronics Take the Allure On Stage
The SC56S comes equipped with a Barcus Berry LX4 pickup system, perfect for plugging in during live shows or recording. The LX4 pickup captures the SC56S's dynamic acoustic voice and natural resonance. Guitarists can feel confident taking the stage with this guitar and stepping into the spotlight.
An Acoustic Meant to Be Played
From the premium wood components to the comfortable arm rest and pickup system, the Bella Tono Allure SC56S was designed to be an acoustic guitar that begs to be played. The SC56S's resonant, full-bodied tone and fast, smooth feel will have guitarists playing for hours without fatigue. This acoustic-electric is meant to go from practice to performance and everywhere in between.

I've had the guitar for around two years and it's an absolute beauty. Beautiful finish, beautiful details, beautiful sound. Absolutely loved this purchase and never plan on selling it. It's been two years and it still sounds awesome. Buy it for sure!
You wouldn't believe it was a Washburn.

First off, this guitar is beautiful. That's the first thing I noticed about it at my local Guitar Center. I had not seen a guitar with this much detail in the fretboard work before. The 12th fret is marked by 2 seagulls, while the 9th and 7th are marked by single seagulls. The 5th fret is marked with a dark bronze moon, and from the 12th fret to the 17th fret, there's a palm tree on a beach by the ocean. It's beautiful... and they could have stopped there, but they didn't. There's a sparkling mother of pearl inlay binding facing outward across the entire top of the body, with a comfort contour on the left side for your arm to rest on. The sound hole has a similar finish, and they completed the look with golden tuning machines. It's a good looking guitar...But it sounds nice, too. The pickup is very bright, and doesn't pick up too much knocking and pick noise. It picks up just enough to make a beat with a loop pedal, but not enough to become distracting. The bass knob gives a great degree of control and it was enough to shock me at first. The overall sound profile is bright, but full. It is loud and can easily overpower a room.. and look nice doing it.

I am a Martin guy but I just got this very comfortable Washburn Bella tono allure. I like it almost as much as my 00-18 Martin. This little guitar feels like a blues machine to me but I think it would be very good for any musical genre. For its size (just slightly deeper than a 00) sounds great even unplugged. Very comfortable to hold. I live on the Gulf Coast so the fret board inlays are beyond cool to more. Been working on playing Melissa while not as deep sounding as a Martin still sounds beautiful on this guitar. I really like old blues and Eric Clapton tunes and I think this will be a fun guitar for that body of music. Just played King Bee and feel like I could (buzz) play all night long. I highly recommend. For the price I don't think you will find a better guitar.
