The SKB 1SKB-SC300 guitar case fits Martin LX and Baby Taylor guitars and offers the superior protection of the very same rigid foam inserts found in SKB's hardshell guitar case line, but with the style and portability of a soft gig bag and backpack.

All SKB soft guitar cases feature a rugged, weather-resistant, 600-denier ballistic nylon exterior with a hard-core EPS foam interior to provide more substantial protection than a conventional guitar gig bag.

The SKB 1SKB-SC300's exterior features two zippered pouches, one with numerous internal compartments for organized accessory storage, and an adjustable padded backpack strap for easy transport. The hard foam interiors are plush-lined and offer full-neck support to cradle the guitar neck more securely than a conventional bag. The SKB acoustic guitar case also has 3 rubber feet for standing your bagged instrument on it's side without worrying about it tipping over.

    I don't understand how this doesn't fit my Taylor Baby when it is made for it. The case will not close well and I have to squish the guitar in there pretty hard and push down. The other issue is that the zipper gets stuck in several places and requires several minutes to try and zip it. This happens even when the case is empty. This is unacceptable and I will be returning the case.

    I purchased this case for my Yamaha APXT2, and it is a perfect fit. The gig bag that comes with the Yamaha is pretty thin and doesn't offer much protection if you're going to take it out and about, so I wanted something better. I love the fact that it's very lightweight like a gig bag, but has the protection of a hard case. This is the best fit and best priced case I found for the APXT2. Cute, too! Love it!

    When I ordered my Yamaha apxt2 ¾ Guitar I wanted to be sure it was well protected. I searched everywhere for product descriptions for a case that would fit this guitar securely. There was some mention in a couple of brand reviews but I wasn't quite sure I wanted to pull the trigger. I double checked the measurements of the guitar and this case and it seemed to fit. I picked up the guitar and this case from GC and they were a perfect match. This is a very well made semi-soft case. The construction is firm enough to offer great protection. The interior is plush like the same SKB model hard case but it has the backpack straps I was looking for. It also has lots of exterior storage. The outside appears to be quite rugged and it weighs a lot less than the hard case. While I wouldn't fly with this as checked baggage it will be perfect as a carryon. So, search no more. If you want a great case for your Yamaha apxt2 order this one.

    Wanted hard-case protection but cannot live without backpack straps (I ride my bike to the neighbors house to play) and this case fits the bill perfectly. Fits my Ibanez Artwood 3/4 size mini-dread perfectly, just needed to smoosh the bike-helmet foam a little with my fingers in the headstock area.
