Great guitar!
I recently purchased an Ibanez am93 semi hollow, but I really did not like the neck on that guitar. So I returned it and ordered this SE instead. The finish is flawless (I got mine in gray black), and the guitar neck feels great. It is a little wider than a Fender neck, but it is thin and easy to play. The fretwork was flawless in my guitar as well. PRS upgraded the bridge to a vibrato bridge. I use the vibrato bar quite often, and it stays in tune. I also love that PRS upgraded the pickups to match the S2 line. Those pickups play really well with the semi-hollow chamber, and the mids cut through as you would expect. I own a Gibson Les Paul and an American Tele. The pickups sound brighter than the Les Paul, but the tone control is very responsive. The coil split is also very responsive, and I have not noticed a great decrease in volume in going from humbuckers to single coil. Finally, the guitar came perfectly set up (I might change the strings to 10's, just my preference), and the action is great. The gig bag is very sturdy and well finished as well. Even though this is an SE guitar, it feels like a much more expensive guitar. I will buy other PRS guitars, and I would buy this guitar again if mine broke.

Received it in the mail today in perfect condition but I have to tell you this was the biggest piece of junk I have ever played. I watched several YouTube videos and everybody raved about it, they must've been paid to say all those nice things. really really bad.!

I was hesitant to buy this PRS, wasn't sure if it was for me, I was wrong, this guitar is amazing, I did a setup and put Exlir light gauge strings on it, the tone this guitar put out is just amazing, this is my first PRS, but it won't be the last, not sure why some gave it a bad review, I couldn't be more pleased with the look and sound and playability of this instrument, don't listen to the negative reviews this axe is a keeper, highly recommended!
Would still be a great guitar at even double the price,

I really don't understand the negative comments about this guitar. The finish is perfect. The color is great (sometime PRS colors can be weird. Setup and playability were great right out of the box. The trem stays perfectly in tune. I've other PRS guitars that I've returned because the neck, scale length, or 24 frets just never felt right. This one does.

Hello, I would like a wide fat(phat) neck on this guitar, too big would be just right for me. I have the semi hollow soap bar and it is awesome!!
Greetings, this model carries a wide thin neck. Thank you.
