Description
The KORG wavestate MKII Wave Sequencing Synthesizer uses KORG's legendary wave sequencing synthesis to deliver a staggering collection of ever-evolving sounds, textures and rhythms that are organic, and vastly explorable. This new version of the wavestate elevates the popular synth, increasing the number of voices (96 voice polyphony), and boasting a refreshed look with a unique color accent.
Wave sequencing 2.0 rhythmically changes samples, control values, effects and more in real time to create sounds and passages that are ever-evolving in motion. It features deep modulation capabilities, loads of sounds, multi-effects and plenty of polyphony (96 notes). You can also dramatically modify sounds with eight white mod (macro) knobs, or hit the Randomize button for a "roll of the dice."
Wave sequencing 2.0 borrows from modular sequencing. It can wrap or loop modulators at different points to create evolving, unexpected sounds. It was designed in California by the same team as the original Wavestation for the modern-day musician. The Randomize feature can really knock out writer’s block by instantly creating a completely new sound—no programming needed.
