IRON Circuitry Adds Vintage Flavor

For those seeking a touch of analog character, the ASP800's IRON circuitry recreates the desirable distortion and compression effects of vintage preamps. IRON processing generates even harmonics that mimic the sound of tube preamps, allowing you to impart a subtle vintage vibe. With IRON control on each channel, adjust the level of distortion to suit your needs.

Eight Premium Microphone Preamps Provide Pristine Sound

At the heart of the ASP800 are eight high-performance microphone preamplifiers designed to deliver transparent, accurate sound. With up to 65 dB of gain, ultra-low noise, and high headroom, these preamps capture audio with stunning depth and clarity. Each preamp provides switchable phantom power, phase reverse, and -20 dB pad. For maximum flexibility, the ASP800 features both XLR and TRS line inputs and outputs on each channel.

High-Resolution AD/DA Conversion and Optional Dante Networking

The ASP800 utilizes high-resolution 24-bit AD/DA converters to translate analog and digital audio with exceptional fidelity. For networking, the ASP800 provides an option slot to install a Dante interface card, allowing you to connect the preamp to Dante-enabled mixing consoles and audio devices over ethernet.
