Realistic Accompaniment Styles
The Harmony 54 provides over 300 accompaniment tracks in genres ranging from pop and rock, to jazz, Latin and world music. Select a style, press start and the keyboard automatically provides an accompaniment that matches the tempo and chord progressions you play. The accompaniments use stereo-sampled percussion and bass to provide full rhythm section backup. You can easily adjust the tempo, change keys or select variations to customize each style.

The chord dictionary shows you how to play 100 chord types, while the song bank contains 40 preset songs to play along with. Record your practice sessions or song ideas using the built-in two track recorder, then play them back to check your progress or capture that moment of musical inspiration.
Connectivity and Power
In addition to its built-in speakers, the Harmony 54 provides a headphone jack for private practice. It can run on six AA batteries (sold separately) for over 12 hours of portable operation or via the included power adapter. Purchased this to help me learn my choral group music, so didn't need anything fancy. Got it home, opened it, tried to play and GD#B GD#B were not wired (no sound). Going back to exchange, but testing in store first!
Fun and portable

I'm an adult beginner, I've played guitar for several years but wanted to learn a keyboard as arthritis is making guitar difficult. This is a basic keyboard, sound is what you'd expect for the price, not an instrument for live performance but good for a beginner. Only 54 keys (full size) but at this point for me that's adequate. It has a record feature, but doesn't save recordings. The rhythm sounds aren't terribly realistic but work for keeping time. Good basic keyboard and portable, a good choice for a child or adult beginner.
So far it's fine
