Does what it's supposed to do.

I have a 2x12" Line 6 Spider Valve. The other stands I tried wouldn't work for me becuase the amp was too high off the ground and I was afraid the thing would tip. Not with this stand! It was designed for large combo amps. It sits right on the ground and puts your amp at a 45 degree angle. It's very light and folds flat. I'd buy it again if something happened to my current one.

Doesn't work with all amps

I ordered the Musicians Gear Tilt Back stand as a way of getting more projection from my Marshall MG250, problem is the stand is not universal for all amps. The crossbar on the stand uprights sits exactly where the power supply cord plugs in and where the foot switch plugs in. There is no possible way to make it work without putting a block of wood underneath the amp to raise it above the crossbar. Also the tubing in which the stand is made out of is a lot smaller than the picture represents. This stand is probably good for a small, one speaker amp.

    I use this to hold a Roland JC120. It holds it very nicely and seems very sturdy. It folds down very thin and I bungie cord it to the back of the amp for transportation. I have only used it once so I may end up modifying this review.
