Uncompromising Analog Signal Path

At its core, the Matriarch is an all-analog semi-modular synthesizer engine capable of producing everything from thunderous basses to evolving paraphonic plucks. Its sound generation starts with four analog VCOs that can be stacked for a ridiculously powerful monophonic voice or split into four individual notes of polyphony. Dual Moog ladder filters and stereo analog delay provide shaping and time-based effects. The dual envelopes and modulation matrix let you dial in expressive contours and complex modulations. Everything about the Matriarch's signal path is purely analog for raw, visceral tones.

While the Matriarch can be played right out of the box with no patching required, the real fun begins when you dive into its semi-modular architecture. Easily accessible patch points on the front and rear panels allow you to rewire the signal flow and modulation routing in countless ways. Unlock the full palette of intermodulating oscillators, filters, envelopes and effects. You can even integrate the Matriarch with other Eurorack or Moog modular gear for a hybrid modular synth system of epic proportions.

Sequence and Arpeggiate With Ease

Built-in arpeggiator and sequencing tools turn the Matriarch into a potent songwriting machine. The arpeggiator can be used to craft evolving melodic patterns and basslines, while the 256-step sequencer with 12 pattern storage slots lets you develop full arrangements. Up to four notes per step enable intricate chord progressions and harmonies. Both the arp and sequencer can be synced to external MIDI clock for integration with your DAW or other studio gear.

This complete stage bundle equips you with everything needed to command the Matriarch from behind your keys. The included Moog EP-3 expression pedal unlocks dynamic filter sweeps and wah effects. LIMITED WARRANTY
Moog music warrants each instrument to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after delivery to the retail purchaser. The warranty is void if the instrument has been modified in any manner other than in accordance with written instructions from Moog Music, Inc., of if the defect or failure is judged by Moog Music, Inc., to be caused by normal wear, accident, neglect, or conditions of operation other than those specified in the instruction manual.

This warranty is subject to verification by Moog Music, Inc., that a defect or failure exists and that the original purchaser complies with the following:
1. Warranty Registration Card must be returned by the purchaser to Moog Music, Inc., within 10 days of retail purchase.
2. Moog Music, Inc., must be notified by telephone, or in writing, of the problem to secure authorization to return the instrument to the factory or warranty center.
3. The instrument must be shipped prepaid. It will be returned with shipping charges prepaid by Moog Music, Inc.

MOOG MUSIC, INC., MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEEDING THE DURATION OF THE AFORESTATED OBLIGATIONS ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. NORLIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Moog Music, Inc., authorizes no persons to assume for it any warranty or other liability in connection with the sale of Moog Music, Inc., instruments.

Moog Music, Inc., reserves the right to make changes in design at anytime without incurring any obligation to install same on units previously purchased.
