Microphone does not work out of the box. Plus no instructions on how to mount with extra stickies or how to replace battery. A absolutely worthless product and too late to get money back.
Works great so far

I have only had it a few days but so far I really like it. The mic comes with 3M tape attached to stick it anywhere inside the Cajon. Used my Simmons drum amp and it really sounds good.
I would definitely buy it again

I use it with my cajon. It picks up all the sounds great. I was pleasantly surprised. It was in the flyer when I ordered it. Took months to get. Wasn't to pleased with that. But was in perfect condition.

Where is the best place to adhere the percussion mic to the inside of my djembe for a good balance of bass & skin tones?
Close to the top. The top is the skin, the top of the drum generates the lows.submitted2 years ago
