Disappointed in this stand, overpriced and overrated. Stand will barley secure a strat and forget a tele. Works ok for Gibson type headstocks but does not seem that secure either. The whole thing seems like an accident waiting to happen, thinking of returning it.

Very well made. Holds 2 different guitars perfectly - Suhr Strat like and Epi Les Paul. Adjustable Height and padding. 2nd Konig & Meyer product - great products

Works over well and takes a small footprint only. Do watch out for high winds outside set-up.
The real deal

What a great design! I've owned single, double, multiple instrument racks of all sorts. Some were better than others, but ultimately the guitars got dinged, or fell, or suffered as a result of unforeseen design problems with the stands. This K&M Double Stand is the real deal. The finely padded yoke that holds the headstock, flexes, then gently but firmly secures the instrument. The instruments face away from each other, protected by some seriously cushy padding, and are held up high enough to allow easy access during performances. The hardware is sound. You have plenty of adjustment options. I really can't say enough about this stand. In the studio, at practice, during live performance this is a tool that makes playing your instruments a breeze.

Will this work on a banjo with straight-through geared pegs? With several stands (e.g., the Hercules) the yoke supports the instrument on the tuning pegs, which, or course, de-tunes it every time you hang it up.
It's actually supposed to hold them up by the headstock. This one doesn't have the hanging potions close enough together to work with a banjo.
