The Ibanez Joe Satriani Signature JS2GD electric guitar is designed to satisfy and inspire, whether you’re an established performer or still honing your sound. It has a double-cutaway body made of alder for bright, well-balanced tone and enriched resonance. The maple neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard, 22 Jescar EVOgold frets with Prestige edge treatment, and mother-of-pearl dot inlays. Jescar EVOgold frets are known for their bright tone, gorgeous gold appearance, durability and smooth note bending.

The Joe Satriani JS2GD’s sound is driven by two DiMarzio Satch Track single-coil pickups at the neck and middle, and a DiMarzio FRED humbucker at the bridge for focused sound and great versatility. The high-pass filter on the Volume pot maintains highs at low volumes, and the Push/Pull coil tap on the Tone control adds sound and tonal variations for the pickups. Additional appointments include Gotoh machine heads for precision and smooth feel, an Edge bridge for enhanced tuning stability, an Ultralite tremolo arm for more sensitive control and gold hardware. Comes with an Ibanez hardshell case.
