Description
While tradition is obviously the hallmark of the Artwood series, the company’s decades-long search for the ultimate in acoustic tone has contributed to design alterations that give Artwood a voice all its own.
The grand concert body shape of the AC340L Artwood Left-Handed Grand Concert Acoustic Guitar, along with the solid mahogany top and shorter scale delivers a wide dynamic sound when strumming, quick response when fingerpicking, thanks to the lightweight open pore natural finish. Its mahogany top, back and side body construction creates rich, bright and balanced tonal character. ”Thermo Aged” tonewood, made by a special drying process, is used for the bridge and bridge plate for amazing response. The bone nut and saddle were chosen for bone's superior ability to transfer string vibration naturally. Ibanez Chrome open gear tuners ensure smooth and stable tuning.

I first ordered this guitar when there were only three left and I was worried it would have been a child size guitar with cheap strings left from the factory. Boy was I wrong!! Ibanez clearly worked very hard to nail the wood heating process and it sounds like a old guitar in a new guitars body!! My recommendation to any of my lefty friends is to lower the action and slap on some Martin nickel medium strings if you're a bug fan of the 60's!!

Is this the "left handed" version of the AC340OPN? The model number doesn't quite match up but the specifications hint that it is.
Yes
