Specially Formulated Foam Offers Premium Protection

Excellent multi instrument stand

This stand was not only cheaper than other stands able to hold 5 to 7 guitars, but the way it is built makes it extremely stable. It is shaped like an A rather than an L as most of the other multi-stands are. Engineering-wise, this is much less likely to fail if bumped or moved around for gigs etc. Also, being able to expand this Hercules stand by purchasing the expansion holders lets it comfortably hold 7 electric guitars/basses, 9 if they are all slim and you are careful when inserting or removing them. The GS525B also came completely assembled, less the two expansion packs that took it to a 7 space unit.

This rack is useless and can damage instruments.

This rack does NOT hold anything securely. With out any latches to lock the guitar in, they fall over all the time if someone shuts a door and shakes my room! any slight movement causes every guitar I have to fall over. If you live in a small room or house, this is not the item for you

Purchased this for my son's ever growing collection of guitars and basses. Easily will fit 8 non-acoustics. Very solid; set up is minimal. Easy!

  • I would buy this again

Just got it today, it took 2 seconds to set up! Open the package and unfold it! I live in an apartment with limited space and this rack is perfect! Holds all my guitars, even my travel acoustic, securely and well spaced! I was skeptical about pulling my Martin in it ( I'm very protective of my Martin) but it has padding on all points of contact! Overall, I am very happy with this rack!

It cannot be flush against the wall because the guitars are angled. So, When assembled and holding guitars, how far does this protrude from the wall? Thank you.
