GC has been sending me many used products bought as new that they do not call used because they were not 'officially' purchased by a customer, but have been a floor model, that is used by the public for a period of time making the product used. With the hagstrom, it was scratched, nicked, had wear on the gold foil plating, dried sweat and skin, and was buzzed out on the frets (which is why they couldn't sell it until a special deal. These guitars come in a plain brown box with no literature, no manufact box or truss rod tool, or anything (like used comes). This happened to me over eight times in two years and i returned all of those items. In the end, the customer service told me that they would rather lose my 27 year business with them totaling about 40,000 dollars in sales, than discount me as a used item they sold me because someone else would love to have it. I am nothing to them and their future business will reflect that. goodbye guitar center!

It is a good guitar for the price but it required a lot of work to be 'Play Ready'. I had to relocated the strap buttons and they were too big so I bought Dunlap strap locks and re-drilled new locations. The set up was the worst I have ever received from the factory. String Buzz I fixed.

Great tone, easy to play, but I returned it cuz it had a crack in the finish. When I returned it the guy behind the counter had one in his hands and said this was just returned as well due to the same issue but in a different spot. Deal of the day with issues.

  • Would buy again.
