Long considered one of Guild's most iconic models, the original S-200 Thunderbird was one of those guitars that naturally turned heads. The ST P90, based on Guild's reissue of that instrument is no different. Its one-of-a-kind asymmetrical offset solid mahogany body and asymmetric headstock draw the eye. Guild's recreations of the original Franz "Frequency-Tested" P-90-style single-coil pickups, provide plenty of punch and more than a little attitude. With simplified controls for easy adjustments and high-ratio Grover machines coupled with a tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece for stable tuning, this is a solid performing guitar that speaks to a players personal style.
