The Gretsch G6136T-RR Rich Robinson Signature Falcon with Bigsby pays tribute to the soulful, electrifying sound that has made Robinson a guitar hero for nearly three decades. Designed through close collaboration with the celebrated Black Crowes cofounder, this hollowbody guitar captures the essence of Robinson's massive, genre-blending tone. Whether channeling Southern-tinged rock anthems or exploratory psychedelic excursions, the Rich Robinson Signature Falcon delivers the power and responsiveness to inspire unforgettable performances.

Thunderous Hollowbody Construction

At the core of this signature model lies a highly resonant 3-ply maple body with a solid spruce top. Oversized F-holes and 1959-style trestle bracing with a spruce block under the bridge maximize projection and feedback control. You'll conjure explosive, cannon-like tones with every chord strum and searing lead line. The hollowbody's airy resonance envelops your notes in blooming overtones while the robust construction ensures the guitar stays feedback-free until you want it to howl.

Vintage-Inspired Playability and Vibe

The Rich Robinson Signature Falcon's playability matches its uncompromising tone. Its 12" radius ebony fingerboard and 22 medium-jumbo frets make string bends flow with buttery smoothness. Mother-of-pearl Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays add a touch of vintage class. The maple neck's '59 soft V-shape feels instantly broken-in yet fast. A Bigsby vibrato tailpiece provides the ultimate expressive control for everything from gentle shimmers to unhinged dive bombs.

Rich Robinson's Signature Tone in Pickup Form

A searing yet refined bridge humbucker and a punchy, throaty neck pickup recreate Rich Robinson's trademark sound. The TV Jones Classic bridge 'bucker serves up pristine highs, authoritative lows and balanced harmonics ideal for everything from soaring melodies to stinging riffs. The Broad'Tron BT65 neck pickup drives the guitar's unique voice with a robust midrange and uncommonly smooth treble response. Blend the two together, and you'll uncover new sonic dimensions, from shimmering cleans to overdriven howl.

Expansive Tone Shaping at Your Fingertips

With separate volume controls for the bridge and neck pickups plus a master tone and volume, you have immense flexibility to craft your ideal voice. The 3-way pickup selector enables crisp solo tones, muscular rhythms and everything in between. A treble-bleed circuit maintains your sound's presence and articulation even when rolling back the guitar's volume. This extensive control layout encourages you to continually evolve your tone while the guitar's fundamental power remains constant.
