OB-250LW vs. OB-250 Traditional | OB-250LW Professional Lightweight Banjo

Gold Tone

collapse expand iconDescription

The OB-250 Orange Blossom banjo from Gold Tone features a "tone rim" rather than employing a brass tone ring. The high-quality multi-ply maple rim is machined into the shape of a flat head tone ring, but its all-wood design puts the OB-250 on a diet. If you're troubled with neck or shoulder fatigue during those long parking lot jams, this is your solution. All OB-250 features are here, including curly maple binding on the maple neck and resonator, GT-Master planetary tuners and one-piece curly maple veneer on the resonator.
