    I needed a hardshell case for my classical guitar when I travel. Couple of times I had to put her in the belly of the plane. Now I don't have to worry about it any more.

    Nice case for the money. Light weight with smooth operating latches. My Martin Dreadnaught Jr.-10E fits perfectly.

    I purchased this case to replace a Humicase I purchased that had a sickening flowery chemical odor which contaminated my guitar and stunk up the room when open. It seems from reviews this is common with the Humicase nowadays. I had two that were fine purchased several years ago and tried to buy another one for a new guitar -- twice, but both of them had the same problem. It appears that the Humicase now literally stinks. The Gator case seems just as good as the Humicase structurally. It fits my Cordoba C5 and C12 guitars-- snugly in the vertical dimension. The top closes properly and the latches are easy to operate and secure. It accommodates the Oasis tube humidifier inserted between the strings with room at the shoulder of the upper bout for additional humidifiers. And the Gator case -- does not stink. My guitar still is outgassing from its few days in the Humicase. Guitar center took the exchange without issues and the Gator was not in stock at the store but arrived within a few days. Very happy with this case and the store.

    bought this for the C40 Gigmaker. Both were purchased on behalf of a friend in Greece so it was stowed during our flight. All I can say is if it's inexpensive and does the job protecting a beautiful instrument, great.
