I picked this up at my local Guitar Center and fell in love with it. The finish is beautiful and the set up was perfect. Very comfortable to play. It sounds great plugged in and unplugged. I highly recommend this guitar while it's still available.

The fit and finish on this 70th Anniversary model is out of this world. It looks a bit different because of the larger headstock via the 1970 (I think it was actually modeled after a 1979 version). It plays wonderful It does feel a bit different from my Gibsons. I love Rosewood fretboards! I am just getting used to it, but so far it is kind of amazing. I have not picked up one of my other guitars since this arrived the other day. Ps, the case is fantastic. I like it so much better than the molded Fender cases that I have had.

Where is the whammy bar? Does it come with one? If not, can I install one. This guitar is beautiful but I need that Bar. I'm a Hendrix guy.

    1) It doesn't have one. 2) It would require a new bridge assembly.
