The Rogue R2X owes its visual versatility to quad-color RGBW LEDs with individual red, green, blue and white emitters. By controlling the intensity of each color channel, users can generate a vast spectrum from saturated primary and secondary hues to subtle pastel shades and everything in between. An output of 16,000 lux at 15 meters translates to potent, far-reaching beams suited to illuminating large areas. Dimming down to zero with PWM and 16-bit resolution affords precise control over brightness and color mixing.
Motorized Beam Control for Endless Creativity
CHAUVET built remarkable beam control into the Rogue R2X, including focus, zoom and beam diffusion via dedicated motors. An adjustable focus range from 15-30° spot to 40° flood, together with continuous zoom from 15-40°, provides unlimited flexibility in tailoring the perfect hard or soft edge. Beam diffusion can smooth the edges for a hazy, dreamy effect or widen the beam into an even wash. Such versatility empowers lighting designers and technicians to achieve their vision.
Roadworthy and Installation-Friendly
The Rogue R2X is built to handle the rigors of touring as well as permanent installation. Its rugged die-cast aluminum housing and tempered glass lens can withstand the bumps and vibrations of transit while also dissipating heat efficiently during extended use. An optional yoke bracket allows for temporary hanging, while threaded holes on the base accept industry-standard clamps for more permanent mounting options.
