The G5210-P90 Electromatic Jet electrics are powerful instruments crafted with essential Gretsch sound, style and playability. The Electromatic Jet is made with a maple top and chambered mahogany body for a strong sonic profile and exceptional acoustic balance. This is paired to a lower set mahogany neck with a Thin U shape topped with a laurel fingerboard and pearloid Neo-Classical thumbnail inlays. P-90E single-coil pickups produce a wide, balanced and transparent tone, allow you to go from thick, aggressive overdrive to a pristine clean tone all while maintaining exceptional definition and note balance. Additional features include a wraparound tailpiece, nickel hardware and a treble bleed circuit that provides intuitive global control over your pickup and tone settings.

Play jazz, finger pick melodies and church praise music. Nice fit for all these uses.

  • I would buy this product again.

A quality product for the money. It was all set to go right out of the box from the factory. Just had to tune it. Great action. You get a variety of tones with the dual P90's.

This guitar may surprise you at how good it really is right out of the box. Well done Gretsch! Mine arrived almost perfectly setup "from the factory". There were NO sharp fret ends. There were NO buzzing strings. There were NO intonation issues. There were NO issues with the nut. The fit and finish was very nice and I could not find any flaws or imperfections in the finish, binding or anywhere on this instrument. Not sure what Fender/Gretsch is doing to provide this level of quality assurance but it's a huge lesson others could learn from. I've purchased a couple of other well known Chinese made electric guitars recently and had all kinds of basic factory setup issues with both but not with this G5210-P90 from Gretsch. The very good factory setup of these guitars has been noted by other reviews I had seen but I was skeptical until mine arrived. This is a great little guitar in every way. The P-90s have lots of punch. You can get butter out of them or tons of bight and dirty grit as well. The neck and fret work is impeccable on this guitar from Gretsch making it fun and easy to play. I own 20+ guitars of all kinds including a USA made vintage Chet Atkins Nashville Gretsch but this one's voice is different from anything else I play. That famous Gretsch sound, is there and it's true what they say about that sound. The body is hallowed out and without being plugged in it's fairly loud and resonant which is something I wasn't expecting from a solid body electric. This is a very cool guitar and the price is phenomenal. It's great for heavy metal, rock, blues, country, you name it this little doll can do it. I bought the Broadway Jade and it's gorgeous. I don't see these lasting very long especially at this price. I'd get one while the price is still right.
