Open Box Alvarez LD70e Laureate Series Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar Level 2 Daybreak 197881297909

Description
The Alvarez Laureate Series LD70e dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar provides an exceptional playing experience. With the innovative L.R. Baggs HiFi electronics system, you'll enjoy balanced tone and impressive resistance to feedback. The hand-selected solid spruce top is carefully crafted to heighten sensitivity and projection, allowing the warm, rich tones of the rosewood back and sides to ring through.
Solid Spruce Top Resonates With Rich Tone
The Laureate Series LD70e's handcrafted solid spruce top is carefully seasoned to produce a resonant, full-bodied tone. As you play the guitar, the top opens up and provides a wider dynamic range and sweeter highs. The solid spruce top gives your music a rich, nuanced quality that inspires creativity.
Rosewood Back and Sides Provide Warmth and Punch
The hand-selected rosewood back and sides complement the spruce top with a focused, balanced tone. Rosewood adds warmth, depth and a clear low end that provides rhythmic punch. Its dense, reflective qualities also enhance projection, allowing the LD70e to fill a room with gorgeous sound.
Innovative Bracing Enhances Resonance and Sustain
The Laureate Series LD70e features an FS6 bracing system that optimizes the response of the solid spruce top. Hand-cut braces made of quartersawn spruce efficiently transfer vibration through the top, enhancing resonance, sustain and volume. Even the side braces are hand-selected to match the rosewood back and sides, allowing the entire guitar to resonate as a cohesive whole.
Plug in and Play With the L.R. Baggs HiFi Pickup System
With the L.R. Baggs HiFi pickup system, you can amplify your Laureate LD70e naturally. The HiFi system accurately captures the guitar's acoustic properties and tone, resisting feedback. Discreet bridge plate sensors listen to your instrument's acoustic movement and tonewoods without dampening resonance. You'll hear your guitar's true voice through the system. Volume and tone controls mounted inside the guitar's soundhole allow you to easily shape your amplified tone.

Great sounding ...but

Looks great, sounds great, feels great. But, my only complaint it that the fret ends are a little sharp. Not like cut you hand sharp. But you feel it. And at this price, if they're making the guitar in China, it should be twice as good as what you pay for it. That's not to say you shouldn't buy it. It is a very good guitar and perhaps every one doesn't have slightly sharp fret ends. For me, I've decided to spend the extra money and get a J – 45.
