The Behringer FBQ2496 Feedback Destroyer Pro feedback suppressor/parametric EQ is an intelligent feedback suppressor optimized for live sound use. With its ultrafast feedback detection algorithm, it can automatically locate and destroy up to 40 feedback frequencies per channel. This allows you to eliminate feedback while retaining your sound quality thanks to the unit's extremely narrow notch filters. The FBQ2496 gives you flexible parametric EQ control with fully adjustable frequency, bandwidth and gain settings.

Eliminate Feedback in an Instant With the Panic Button

When feedback unpredictably rears its ugly head, simply hit the FBQ2496's panic button for immediate suppression. This instantly activates the feedback destroyer's algorithm to locate the offending frequency and place a narrow notch filter on it, bringing howling under control in moments. The panic button is an invaluable tool for times when feedback catches you off guard.

Retain Audio Quality With Narrow Notch Filters

The FBQ2496 stands out for its surgical approach to feedback management. Rather than broadly cutting entire frequency ranges which degrades sound, it utilizes narrow notch filters to target only the precise feedback frequencies. This leaves the rest of the frequency spectrum untouched, enabling you to suppress feedback without compromising audio quality.

Flexibly Tweak Filters With Parametric EQ

Each of the FBQ2496's up to 40 fully parametric EQ filters per channel puts frequency, bandwidth and gain at your fingertips. Dial in the exact range needing suppression, with a tight Q for pinpoint targeting. The parametric EQ gives you the control to fine-tune feedback filters as needed for your situation.

Constantly Monitor and Adapt With Auto Mode

In auto mode, the FBQ2496 continuously scans for feedback, resetting filters accordingly. This intelligent technology detects emerging feedback frequencies and places narrow notch filters on them automatically, freeing you up. The auto mode adapts in real time, enabling seamless feedback management.
