All American Vintage series heads have a slightly larger hoop diameter to allow for an easier fit on many of the thicker, vintage drum shells. This drumhead features a special Vintage texture coating that has the look, feel and warm sound of a calfskin head.

    Love these heads SO MUCH!!! Tried all the usual suspects and these are the ones that do it for me...toms and snare. Full, warm, great stick definition, easy to tune, durable, look great! What else could you want?
