Order Tracking Info

Do I use the Web PO or Order Confirmation number to track my package?

GuitarCenter.com uses the Web PO and Order Confirmation numbers to identify orders in our system. As your order is shipped, a tracking number is assigned by the carrier. If we have your current email address on file, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking info when your order is shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please email us or call us at 1-866-498-7882 to confirm shipment of your order.

Please note that we ship USPS packages via UPS Mail Innovations (UPSMI). These packages begin with a tracking number of 92748 and can be tracked via UPS.

After you have your tracking numbers, select the appropriate shipping company below to track your package:
