Three Custombuckers for a Plethora of Tones

The Phenix Les Paul Custom features three Custombucker humbucking pickups for a wide range of tones. The neck and bridge pickups are controlled by a standard 3-way toggle switch, providing punchy rhythm and searing lead tones. A separate volume and tone control allow you to blend and shape the pickups to your liking. The middle pickup, however, has its own volume and tone controls, which allow it to be used independently or in tandem with the neck and bridge pickups for even more tonal options. With the five controls, you can achieve tones from warm and mellow to aggressive and biting.

Iconic VOS Finish and Appointments

The Phenix Les Paul Custom sports a VOS nitrocellulose lacquer finish that gives it the look of a well-worn vintage instrument. Gold hardware, including Grover tuners, complements the VOS finish beautifully. The ultralight mahogany body provides resonance and sustain.
