Ampeg tube combo guitar amplifiers were very popular from the mid-60s through to the 70s. In that time period, Ampeg combo amps were used by many now-legendary guitarists, including Jeff Beck, Peter Frampton, Johnny Winter and Keith Richards. Ampeg was also responsible for introducing the world's first guitar amplifier with reverb - known as the Reverberocket, this killer amplifier was praised for its authentic, tube-driven tone and high-quality construction style.
