Great Sticks

I started off using Zildjian sticks, I did not like them because they didn't feel solid to me. They felt lightweight and "hollow" on the inside. These sticks were like a breath of fresh air. They have a great weight, they are very durable, and really bring out the tone and sound in your drums and cymbals. Buy Them! You won't be disappointed.

Meh, not really 5As

If you like Vic Firth or Pro-Mark 5As, these ain't that. Vater offers a good price, but these are flimsy compared to the big boys. Very light in the hand and quickly splintering during practice. I'll pay the higher price for the higher quality in the future.

    These vater 8A , or fusion barrels wood tip acorn shaped drumsticks feel wonderful And matched well in your hands.,so much work Goes Into Every pair of drumsticks before they grace the calluses of your hands, count off a song and dig Into the counter hoop and hi hat edge as the tune in your head becomes a sonic reality, vater drumsticks are my favorites and never have I bought a dud or unmatched pair, bowed or god forbid- cracked already. These are the reason electronic drums will never take over. THE FEEL doesn't come with an E-kit

    I've been using Vater hickory sticks since the 80's. I find them to be very durable and, most importantly, very well balanced. The 5B wood is my favorite model. The girth and weight give them enough power for blues, funk and rock but they can be used for lighter music like jazz. SWEET
