Dual Black Top Broad'TronTM Pickups Provide Articulate Tone

The G5655TG's dual Black Top Broad'Tron humbucking pickups deliver bold, dynamic, and articulate tone with enhanced sonic punch. With a 3-position toggle switch, you can choose between the bridge pickup, bridge and neck pickups together, or the neck pickup alone for a range of tones from bright and cutting to warm and rounded.

Playability and Style in One Package

Offering excellent playability, the G5655TG has a 12" radius laurel fingerboard with 22 medium-jumbo frets and NeoClassic thumbnail inlays. This guitar boasts stage-stealing style with a stunning Azure Metallic finish and gleaming gold hardware, including the Bigsby B70 vibrato tailpiece, anchored Adjusto-MaticTM bridge, and G-arrow knobs.

Familiar Feel, Iconic Sound

With a thinner U-shaped neck profile, the G5655TG has a familiar feel for players accustomed to solid-body electrics. However, its hollowbody design and chambered spruce center block produce the iconic resonant Gretsch tone. Combining the best of both worlds, this model is ideal for players seeking a bold, dynamic sound in a comfortable, lightweight form.

Premium Appointments and Versatile Tonal Options

Premium appointments like the gold plexi pickguard, die-cast tuners, and gold hardware provide visual flair and durability. Master volume and tone controls enable you to fine-tune your tone, while the included gig bag protects your investment. The Gretsch Guitars G5655TG offers versatile tonal options, iconic style, and high-performance functionality.
