Seymour Duncan

collapse expand iconDescription

Like its big brother, the Seymour Duncan Lil Screamin' Demon Pickup is a little savage that combines a big, open sound with just a subtle hint of glass in a direct replacement humbucker for single-coil guitars. It's a pickup that can scream and provide rich harmonics, but cleans up when backed off. The tone is big and percussive without being too harsh.

The neck pickup sounds great. Its not as hot as I like neck pickups to be. but the bridge pickup is lacking definition and is very muddy. I cant separate notes that I'm playing with my ears when I play on this pickup. The neck pickups are worth it, but not the bridge. if you need a strat sized humbucker I would recommend looking at a jb jr, there is very little difference between a jb jr and a full sized jb in past experiments and experience.
