Description
The Focusrite Clarett+ 4Pre USB audio interface brings high-end studio recording capability to music makers everywhere. With four microphone preamps and four instrument inputs, the Clarett+ 4Pre handles vocals, drums, guitar and more with stunning realism. Its newly designed analog circuitry and premium converters provide an ultrawide dynamic range, enabling you to capture the subtlest details of a performance.
Four High-Performance Mic Preamps Handle Any Source
The Clarett+ 4Pre's four mic preamps feature low noise, low distortion and high headroom, allowing you to record vocals, acoustic instruments, drums and amplifiers with lifelike clarity. Their wide gain range ensures an ideal level for any mic. Four front-panel instrument inputs let you plug in your guitar or bass and achieve the warm, responsive tone of playing through an amplifier.
Pristine A/D and D/A Conversion for Transparent Record and Playback
Independent analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters provide an extremely wide dynamic range and low distortion. The improved D/A conversion yields greater detail and control over mixes and recordings. Hear subtle variations and nuances like never before.
Powerful Headphone Amps for Superior Monitoring
The Clarett+ 4Pre's two headphone outputs each deliver 118dB of dynamic range with ultralow distortion, allowing you to monitor recordings with high accuracy. Separate mixes can be created for each headphone output, enabling collaborators to customize their monitoring experience.
Expandable I/O for Complex Recordings
While the Clarett+ 4Pre offers four mic preamps and two instrument inputs, its ADAT optical connectivity allows expansion up to 18 inputs for large-scale recording projects. Four line outputs and MIDI I/O provide connectivity for outboard gear and controllers.
